1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing gorevo.io, booking a call with us, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or the services. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

3. Services and scope

Go Revo provides customer follow-up and reactivation services for service businesses, together with this website and any related pages, forms, and communications. The specific scope, pricing, and duration of any paid engagement are set out in a separate written agreement between you and Go Revo. Nothing on this site is an offer, a guarantee of results, or a commitment to provide services.

4. Website use and intellectual property

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send spam or malicious code. All content on the site — text, design, graphics, logos, and software — belongs to Go Revo LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

5. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current. Any results referenced on this site are illustrative and are not a promise of the results you will get.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go Revo LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), or, where a paid engagement exists, the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Revo LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

8. SMS / Text Messaging Program

8.1 Program description. Go Revo LLC, 7901 4th Street North, STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, operates a text messaging program. If you opt in to marketing messages, we send recurring automated text messages about product updates, availability, and offers. If you provide your phone number when booking a call or requesting information, we may send text messages about that specific request — confirmations, scheduling, and follow-up on it — and no marketing messages.

8.2 How to join. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on gorevo.io or any of its subdomains, including any campaign, offer, or booking page we operate on that domain now or in the future, by texting a keyword we publish, by scanning a QR code we provide, or by giving written consent on one of our printed or electronic forms. Wherever the box appears, it is never pre-checked, it is not required to submit the form, and marketing consent is collected separately from your acceptance of these Terms of Use. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any good or service from Go Revo LLC. Accepting these Terms of Use does not opt you in to text messages and is not consent to receive them. You receive marketing text messages only if you separately tick the SMS marketing consent box, text a keyword we publish, scan a QR code we provide, or sign a consent form.

8.3 Message frequency. Approximately 2–4 messages per month. Frequency may vary.

8.4 Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Go Revo LLC does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

8.5 How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation, after which we will send no further messages to that number. You may also reply CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, STOPALL, REVOKE, or END. Reply START to resubscribe at any time.

8.6 How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, call us at 3055422052, or email hello@gorevo.io.

8.7 Supported carriers and delivery. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8.8 Your mobile information is never shared. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in data to any third party, affiliate, or lead generator, for any marketing or promotional purpose, at any time. We do use service providers to operate this messaging program — our messaging platform and our telecommunications carrier. They process your information solely on our behalf, under our instructions, and only to deliver the messages you asked us to send. They are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own marketing, from disclosing it to anyone else, and from selling, renting, or sharing it. 8.9 Eligibility. You must be the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission, and you must be 18 or older. If you give up or change your number, you must notify us so we do not message the new subscriber.

8.10 Changes. Go Revo LLC may modify or discontinue the text messaging program at any time. Last updated: 4 August 2026.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the site, or the services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you and Go Revo LLC each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. If a change materially affects an active paid engagement, the terms of that written agreement control.

11. Effective date

These Terms of Use are effective as of 4 August 2026.
