This Privacy Policy explains how Go Revo LLC ("Go Revo", "we", "us") handles information when you visit gorevo.io, book a call with us, or exchange messages with us.

1. What we collect

We collect the information you give us directly: your name, work email, company, phone number, and anything you write in a message or booking form, along with the meeting time you select. We also collect basic technical information your browser sends automatically — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the page you submitted a form from. When you tick a consent box, we record that choice, the wording you were shown, and the time you submitted it.

2. How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, schedule and run the meeting you requested, provide and improve our services, keep records of consent, protect against spam and abuse, and — only if you asked for it — send you occasional updates and offers. We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal effects on you.

3. Cookies and analytics

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used in aggregate — which pages get visited and how people arrive. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may work less well if you do.

4. Data retention

We keep booking and contact records for as long as we have an active or prospective relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as we need them for legitimate business, accounting, or legal purposes. Consent records are kept for as long as required to demonstrate compliance. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

5. Third parties and service providers

We rely on a small set of service providers to run our business — website hosting, database and email infrastructure, calendar and scheduling, analytics, and our messaging platform and telecommunications carrier. They process your information only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. 8. Mobile / SMS

Mobile / SMS. If you opt in to text messages from Go Revo LLC ("Go Revo"), we use your mobile number only to send the messages you asked for — replies about a demo or revenue check you requested, and, if you consented to marketing messages, occasional updates and offers. We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in data to any third party, affiliate, or lead generator, for any marketing or promotional purpose, at any time.

We do use service providers to operate this messaging program — our messaging platform and our telecommunications carrier. They process your information solely on our behalf, under our instructions, and only to deliver the messages you asked us to send. They are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own marketing, from disclosing it to anyone else, and from selling, renting, or sharing it. Disclosing your information to a service provider in this way is not a sale, rental, or sharing of your information for marketing or promotional purposes.
